The World Bank GovTech AI Bootcamp Program 2026 is now open for government organizations in low- and middle-income countries working on artificial intelligence services for public administration.
The completely funded program is organized by the World Bank in collaboration with the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of the Interior and Security (MOIS) and the National Information Society Company (NIA).
Selected participants will take part in a five-day technical bootcamp in Seoul, South Korea, from December 7– 11, 2026. The program will offer useful learning, specialist guidance, site sees, and chances to gain from Korea’s experience in implementing AI services in the public sector.

Eligibility
The program is open to federal government organizations in low- and middle-income nations establishing, piloting, or implementing AI solutions in areas such as public financing, civil service, citizen services, procurement, transparency, anti-corruption, and civic engagement.
Each organization needs to choose a two-person group, consisting of:
- A policy leader with decision-making authority
- A technical professional associated with implementing the AI initiative
