Taraba State University (TSU) Adjusted Academic Calendar for 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 Sessions

Taraba State University, TSU, has actually launched its authorized adjusted academic calendar for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 scholastic sessions. The schedule sets out dates for orientation, Senate, matriculation, examinations, resumption, registration, Christmas break, and return to school. . First semester examination dates

First term examinations for 300 to 500 level students will begin on Monday, 4 May 2026.

The evaluation period for that group will end on Friday, 22 May 2026.

For 100 and 200 level trainees, initially semester evaluations for 2025/2026 will begin on Monday, 1 June 2026.

Those examinations will end on Saturday, 13 June 2026.

Second term for 2025/2026 session

The 2nd term for the 2025/2026 session will begin on Monday, 29 June 2026. This covers all levels from 100 to 500.

2nd semester assessments for 300 to 500 level trainees will start on Monday, 28 September 2026.

The examinations for that category will end on Friday, 16 October 2026.

For 100 and 200 level students, 2nd semester examinations will begin on Monday, 19 October 2026.

The evaluation period for that group will end on Saturday, 31 October 2026.

Resumption for the 2026/2027 session

Resumption for the new 2026/2027 session is fixed for Monday, 16 November 2026. This uses to all trainees from 100 to 500 levels.

Late registration will begin on Saturday, 21 November 2026, for all levels.

Late registration will end on Saturday, 27 November 2026, for all levels 100 to 500.

Registration for newly confessed students

Registration for newly admitted students for the 2026/2027 scholastic session will start on Monday, 29 November 2026. This uses to 100 and 200 level trainees.

Late registration for newly admitted trainees is repaired for Saturday, 5 December 2026.

Christmas break and return date

Christmas break will start on 22 December 2026.

Trainees will resume after the Christmas break on Monday, 10 January 2027. This return date covers fresh and returning trainees throughout all levels.

Orientation and enlisting for 2026/2027

Orientation for freshly admitted trainees in the 2026/2027 session will hold from 13 to 14 January 2027. This is for 100 and 200 level trainees.

Admission for the 2026/2027 scholastic session will hold on 15 January 2027, also for 100 and 200 level students.

Resumption for brand-new session: 16 November 2026
Late registration starts: 21 November 2026
End of late registration: 27 November 2026
Registration for freshly confessed students begins: 29 November 2026
Late registration for recently admitted trainees: 5 December 2026
Christmas break: 22 December 2026

January 2027

Resumption after Christmas break: 10 January 2027
Orientation of freshly admitted students: 13 to 14 January 2027
Enlisting for 2026/2027 session: 15 January 2027
