The scholarship, sponsored by Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited in partnership with NNPC Limited, covers tuition costs, return airfare, living costs, settling-in allowance, medical insurance, and eligible visa-related expenses.

Eligibility Criteria
To use, candidates must:
- Be an indigene of Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, or Rivers State
- Be in between 21 and 28 years of ages by September 30, 2026
- Hold (or expect to get) a minimum of a Second Class Upper bachelor’s degree before the program begins
- Have completed the NYSC program by September 2026
- Fulfill the English language requirements of the picked university
