
The Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr. Ola Olukoyede, has charged trainees across the nation to cultivate discipline, stability and effort as important qualities for future management.
He offered the charge in Abuja just recently at a sensitization lecture for students of Loyola Jesuit Basic School, Karu– Karshi Road, Gidan Mangoro, Abuja who visited the EFCC Academy on an educational expedition.
Represented by the Head, Media Academy System, Assistant Leader of the EFCC, ACE 1 Chidimma Amanambu, the EFCC Chairman advised the students to avoid dishonesty and criminality while pursuing excellence and excellent conduct.
“You are the future leaders. Be disciplined, truthful, initial and hardworking. These worths will make you responsible leaders that Nigeria will be proud of,” he stated.
During the interactive session, Deputy Superintendent of the EFCC, DSE Angel O. Israel, provided a lecture on “Repercussions of Crime and the Benefits of Good Morals,” where the students were informed on the history, required and operations of the Commission, along with offences investigated by the EFCC and profession chances within the agency.
Speaking on behalf of the students and management of the school, the leader of the delegation, Ramat Joshua, revealed gratitude to the Commission for the impactful session and exposure provided to the students.
