Nigerian Agip Exploration Limited, NAE, on behalf of NNPC Limited and NAE PSC, has actually welcomed suitably qualified Nigerian graduates to obtain the 2026/2027 Postgraduate Scholarship Award Scheme.

Authorized Courses of Study
Only candidates with an offer of admission in disciplines related to the noted fields must apply.
The authorized areas are:
- Geosciences
- Engineering, consisting of Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Subsea, Electrical/Electronics, Marine, Chemical, Offshore, Environmental and Renewable
- Petroleum Economics
- Law, particularly Oil and Gas or Petroleum
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates need to meet the stated conditions before using.
Academic requirement
The applicant must have a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised Nigerian university.
Admission requirement
The prospect needs to have secured admission into a Nigerian or abroad university, based upon the classification selected, for a 1 year Master’s Degree programme in any of the noted disciplines.
Age requirement
The candidate should not be above 28 years of age by December 2025.
NYSC requirement
The candidate needs to have completed the one-year National Youth Service Corps programme.
Passport requirement for overseas applicants
Candidates under the Abroad classification should possess a worldwide passport with a credibility period of a minimum of one year from September 2025.
What Shortlisted Candidates Ought To Expect
NAE states that shortlisted prospects will get details of the qualifying test through SMS and email.
The notice likewise states:

- only shortlisted candidates will be called for the aptitude test
