The Netherlands Federal government Scholarship courses handled by Nuffic may not be associated with activities involving unacceptable behavior. It can be about social or financial misbehavior or abuses of power.
Nuffic has an Integrity Code of Conduct to fight unacceptable behaviour. In addition, activities including the following situations/behaviour are thought about inappropriate:
- personal bankruptcy, insolvency or winding-up treatments;
- breach of commitments relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions;
- conduct related to a criminal organisation;
- cash laundering or terrorist financing;
- terrorist offenses or offenses linked to terrorist activities;
- abnormality;
- creating a shell business;
- being a shell business.
