Applications are now open for the 2026 NCDMB Oil and Gas Field Preparedness Training Program, a massive effort targeted at gearing up young Nigerians with practical abilities needed in the oil and gas market.
The training program, introduced by the Nigerian Material Advancement and Keeping An Eye On Board, is designed to prepare participants for employment opportunities in Nigeria’s growing energy sector through extensive technical training and market direct exposure.
The program targets over 10,000 Nigerians and will concentrate on high-demand technical fields within the oil and gas industry. Selected participants will undergo class guideline, lab sessions, accreditation training, and hands-on industrial experience in partnership with leading service business.
Individuals will also receive monthly stipends, medical checks, individual protective equipment, and insurance coverage throughout the training duration.

Eligibility Requirements
To make an application for the program, applicants need to:
- Be Nigerian residents
- Be listed below 35 years of ages
- Possess an OND, HND, or BSc in Engineering, Science, Technology, or associated disciplines
