Ladoke Akintola University of Technology has authorized the academic calendar for the 2026/2027 Harmattan Term, setting dates for trainee resumption, registration, lectures, matriculation, Continuous Assessment tests and examinations.
The calendar was authorized by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. R. O. Rom Kalihu, on behalf of Senate, as provided by the Committee of Deputy Vice Chancellor, Provosts and Deans.
Fresh trainees will resume on Monday, 5 October 2026. Returning students will resume on Monday, 12 October 2026, when lectures for both groups will likewise begin.
July 2026 Activities
The previous scholastic session will end before the 2026/2027 Harmattan Semester starts.
Saturday, 25 July 2026: The 2025/2026 Rain Term assessments will end.
Monday, 27 July 2026: The 2025/2026 Rain Term and academic session will end, while the end-of-session break will start for all trainees.
October 2026 Resumption and Registration
Fresh trainees will return before returning trainees, providing time for certificate confirmation, documentation and registration.

Fresh trainees will resume for the 2026/2027 Harmattan Term.

Returning students will resume.
