The Forum of Local Government Supervisors and Special Advisers for Education in Lagos State has reaffirmed its dedication to supporting the delivery of quality education through stronger cooperation and continual engagement with the Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education.
The commitment was made throughout a courtesy see by members of the forum to the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mr. Jamiu Tolani Alli-Balogun, at the ministry’s head office in Alausa, Ikeja.
The delegation, led by the Special Adviser for Education in Ikosi-Isheri Resident Council Development Area (LCDA), Mrs. Taiwo Ololade, stated the visit was focused on drawing from the commissioner’s experience and seeking assistance on strategies to further improve standard and secondary education across the state.
Throughout the interactive session, members of the forum identified numerous areas needing federal government attention.
