
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has honoured 2 impressive law graduates from the state with money rewards of 5 million each following their remarkable efficiencies at the 2026 Nigerian Law School graduation ceremony in Abuja.
The beneficiaries, Israel Adekunle Adeniyi from Offa and Oluwatomisin Guarantee Daniel from Idofin Igbana in Oke Ero Local Government Location, were received by the governor in Ilorin on Wednesday.
Israel emerged as the total best graduating student at the 2026 Nigerian Law School graduation, while Oluwatomisin was named the second-best graduating student in Bad guy Litigation. Both scholars are graduates of the University of Ilorin.
Governor AbdulRazaq stated the recognition was aimed at celebrating excellence, rewarding hard work, and motivating other youths in the state to pursue academic success.
In addition to the 5 million cash gifts presented to each of the graduates, the governor pledged to sponsor their Master’s degree programmes at Ivy League organizations abroad once they protect admission.
He stated he was impressed by their ambition to enhance their education at world-class universities and described the support as the state’s token of gratitude for their dedication and exceptional achievements.
The guv declared his administration’s dedication to promoting excellence and gratifying diligence throughout all fields, keeping in mind that the achievements of the 2 young legal scholars show that education remains a valuable path to success.
He also congratulated the award-winning graduates, wanting them greater achievements in their academic and expert careers.
