  5. JAMB registers 2,243,816 candidates for 2026 UTME as state-by-state figures emerge

    The Joint Admissions and Enlisting Board( JAMB)states 2,243,816 candidates were successfully signed up in the just recently concluded 2026 UTME registration exercise.

    The Board also released the figures for each state; it listed registrations from foreign countries too. Below is the full State-by-state count launched by JAMB.
