
Management of Igbinedion Education Centre in Benin City, Edo State, has actually expelled students involved in a bullying and physical attack event recorded in a video presently flowing online.
In an official statement provided on March 13, 2026, the school explained the behaviour seen in the viral video as “deeply troubling” and a clear violation of the institution’s values and disciplinary requirements.
According to the declaration, the school keeps a stringent zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, cultism, intimidation, harassment, and any form of violence within its neighborhood.

“We understand a video currently circulating online revealing a severe occurrence of bullying and physical attack including students at the school. The behaviour displayed in the video is deeply disturbing and stands in direct violation of the worths and requirements we uphold,” the management stated.
Following an instant examination, the organization confirmed that the students accountable for the act had been expelled with immediate impact.
“Following an instant investigation, the students accountable have been expelled from the school with immediate effect. Such conduct will never ever be endured within our school neighborhood,” the declaration added.
