The boy reportedly passed away on Easter Sunday, April 5, after supposedly sustaining injuries from an occurrence including a senior trainee prior to the Easter vacation.

According to accounts shared by Oga Yenne TV, the occurrence allegedly occurred in the school hostel, where a Senior Secondary School (SS3) student reportedly challenged the deceased during the assessment duration over provisions. It was alleged that after the more youthful trainee declined to share, the senior student struck him on the neck, triggering him to pass out.

Sources stated other trainees raised the alarm, prompting intervention by school authorities, and the victim was hurried to a health center where he later on regained awareness before being gone back to school.

The family, nevertheless, declared they were not informed of any such event before the boy was launched for the holiday. Upon returning home, he apparently complained of severe neck discomfort and was initially treated with pain relief medication.

His condition later on degraded, causing his admission to a medical facility, where he consequently passed away.

According to the report, medical findings suggested that the death was linked to problems developing from blood clots in the neck area.

A video flowing online reveals the grieving mom revealing distress and requiring responsibility over her son’s death.

When gotten in touch with, the dad of the departed declined to comment on the claims, mentioning:

“Sorry, I’m not in a position to make any remark now. I’m still in pains.”

Since the time of this report, authorities are yet to issue an official declaration on the incident, while calls for an extensive investigation continue to grow.
