Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI )has revealed the schedule for
the 2025/2026 2nd term inception quiz. The test will begin on Monday, 18 May 2026, and end on Friday, 22 May 2026, as stated in the authorized scholastic calendar.
Table of contents AE-FUNAI Second Semester Inception Test Date AE-FUNAI will hold the inception quiz for one week. The exercise begins on Monday, 18 May 2026, and ends on Friday, 22 May 2026; students are expected to participate within the stated period.
Missing the quiz has a direct charge.
Any student who stops working to take part will get a rating of no.
Tasks of Deans and HODs
Deans are to supervise the smooth conduct of the quiz across their faculties.
Heads of Academic Departments will work with lecturers to ensure the workout runs without preventable issues, while a management monitoring team will examine compliance throughout the quiz duration.
Files HODs Should Send
Heads of Academic Departments should look at and send soft copies of the required files to the Directorate of Academic Planning.
The files are:
- Inception quiz results
- 2025/2026 department course allowances
- Departmental lecture timetables
The Directorate of Academic Preparation will get the documents through a Google link to be shared.
Submission Deadline
The due date for submission is Wednesday, 27 May 2026.
All concerned officers and trainees must keep in mind the dates and act within the specified timeline.
