The minister particularly highlighted Inspire-Live, an interactive virtual learning environment that moves beyond fixed, pre-recorded videos.
Already functional under a pilot structure throughout three Federal government Colleges in Abuja, the system equips elite instructors with sophisticated audio-visual tools to stream real-time lessons in fundamental subjects like Mathematics, English Language, and Chemistry, enabling trainees to ask questions and get immediate live feedback.
To assist states with restricted innovation budgets, the ministry described a pragmatic roadmap for immediate local deployment:
1. Conduct State-Wide Administrative Orientations: State ministries and SUBEBs need to organise immediate training orientation programs for school principals, headteachers, and class instructors to master the digital brochure.
2. Establish Batch-Based Rotational Class Schedules: Schools do not require to supply a specific gadget for every learner all at once. Administrators must carry out a stringent batch rotation system to share existing digital resource centres.
3. Activate Regional Tracking and Examination Grids: SUBEBs should deploy field agents and use the updated Education Management Info Systems (EMIS) to track weekly platform log-ins and trainee engagement metrics.
