Throughout that duration, she faced uncertainty, fear, and disappointment as she enjoyed her plans stall.Rather than permitting the problem to specify her, she concentrated on individual development, remained active in her regional church, sang in the choir, volunteered at programs, and continued improving herself while exploring worldwide opportunities.Just as opportunities abroad began to emerge, the international COVID-19 lockdown disrupted itinerary and delayed her dreams when again. Which situation left her ravaged. “I was crushed and began slipping into anxiety. It seemed like the whole world was against me,” she reflected. With the support of her family and her faith, she persevered through the tough duration.
Finally, in 2021, after travel constraints were raised, she protected the chance to move to Turkey and start her university education.Arriving in a new nation featured its own difficulties. Amaka had to get used to a brand-new culture, language, and environment.She battled insecurity while all at once handling documentation issues, accommodation problems, monetary restrictions, and the difficulty of learning Turkish.At one point, she struggled to discover ideal accommodation for more than a year, directly avoided frauds, and even had to reside in a hotel for a whole month.Also, her research studies were also
interfered with by the COVID-19 pandemic and two significant earthquakes that impacted Turkey, one of which forced classes to move online temporarily.Despite these barriers, Amaka stayed concentrated on her objectives. She continued serving in church, took part in leadership functions, anchored youth programmes, and operated in media ministry while preserving academic excellence. Her persistence eventually settled. Seven years after graduating from secondary school, she finished her bachelor’s degree with top-notch honours in New Media and Communication and was named the Best Graduating Trainee and Valedictorian of the
Class of 2025. Discussing the accomplishment, Amaka explained the moment she addressed her university neighborhood as both psychological and surreal. “Speaking in front of my whole university was surreal for me.
