Despite these challenges, Sylvia refused to quit. In 2025, she lastly achieved her dream, graduating as a certified medical doctor from the University of Ibadan.
Her hard work and dedication also made her the prestigious Sir Kofo Abayomi Prize as the very best Trainee in the Igbo-Ora Community Medication posting.Her journey was not defined by academics alone. While in medical school, Sylvia developed several businesses and actively contributed to jobs with the Bloom Girls Outreach Foundation, showing her enthusiasm for impact beyond the classroom.Reflecting on her experience, she noted that medical school formed her worths, discipline, compassion, obligation, and a desire to make a distinction. Nevertheless, she also discovered a much deeper interest in business and management side of healthcare.Today, Sylvia is transporting that enthusiasm into developing a healthcare-focused effort aimed at enhancing lives and systems. Her vision consists of promoting preventive health care, supporting health care experts, and helping healthcare businesses grow while still conserving lives. She is especially passionate about lowering non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cancer, and obesity through awareness, physical fitness, correct nutrition, and holistic well-being.
