15. Click on MY FORMS from the profile menu and select SUBMIT APPLICATION on the right.
16. Tick the box at the bottom of the send form to concur with the conditions, then submit the application.

CBT fee and payment details

Prospects are required to pay N2,000.00 just as registration charge for the CBT.

Payment must be made through Remita payment page. On the platform, candidates are to choose pay TSA and state, select FGN, select AHMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY MENTOR HEALTHCARE FACILITY, select school fees, enter their information, and pay.

Documents required for interview

Each welcomed candidate is needed to come together with these items for the interview:

• A copy of the application
• CBT charge payment invoice
• Valid ways of recognition
• Initial copies of all credentials

Any prospect who stops working to attend either the CBT examination, the interview, or both, will not be qualified for admission into the College.
