ZARIA, KADUNA STATE— Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, has revealed that it will provide the prestigious ‘Differentiated Alumnus of the Year Award’ on the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr Abbas Tajudeen, GCON.
The award remains in recognition of the Speaker’s extensive contributions to the infrastructural and scholastic advancement of his alma mater.
The announcement was contained in a report by the university Reward and Acknowledgment System Committee, led by Professor Sani A. Abdullahi, which was sent to the university management on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
