From Chemical Lab Service Technician to Industrial Mechanic or Technical Item Designer, TU Dortmund University currently uses employment training in 17 occupations. Together with the 28 new students, the university presently employs about 130 trainees in overall, making it among the city’s biggest service providers of occupation training. Students at the university gain from thoroughly planned mentor curricula and close guidance by 32 instructors. To give them the best possible start to their training, TU Dortmund University organizes an Induction Week each year for its brand-new students.
