Kwara State University, Malete (KWASU), has actually emerged winner of the 2026 Creative Advertising Pitch Competitors organised by the Marketing Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

The university’s team beat other participating organizations from throughout the nation at the national competitors held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, throughout ARCON’s 4th Annual Colloquium at the D’Podium Occasion Centre, Ikeja, Lagos.

The colloquium, themed “The Future of Advertising: Role of Platforms, Individuals and Guideline,” included undergraduate teams from picked tertiary organizations that qualified for the competitors following an extensive screening procedure.

The taking part groups were assessed on imagination, strategic thinking, development and presentation skills as they pitched communication project concepts before a panel of market specialists.

KWASU secured the total first position with an outstanding 489.5 points, ending up ahead of the University of Ilorin, which came 2nd, and Rivers State University, which put 3rd.
