Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi) has actually granted scholarships and bursaries to 5,312 trainees in universities, polytechnics and colleges of education as part of his commitment to promoting education and human capital advancement.
The scholarship and bursary presentation took place on Saturday, with beneficiaries drawn from numerous tertiary organizations. The effort is targeted at relieving the financial concern on students and encouraging scholastic excellence.
Speaking at the event, Senator Yayi stated the intervention fulfilled another promise he made in the area of educational and human resource development for youths.
