The Lagos State University Centre for Afro-Brazilian Research Studies (LASUCAS) has actually commenced its fourth International Conference in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, bringing together academics, policymakers, diplomats, conventional rulers, and cultural stakeholders from Nigeria and Brazil to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The conference, which opened on Monday, June 29, is themed “South-South Cooperation: Nigeria and Brazil’s Functions in Fostering Cooperation among Emerging Economies.” It is focused on promoting partnerships in between the two countries in locations such as financial development, technological innovation, cultural exchange, and sustainable advancement.
