According to reports, True blessing left her household home around 8 p.m. on Thursday after getting a call. Speaking To Daily Trust on Sunday, her sister, Abigail Moshood, said Blessing later contacted us to inform the household that she would quickly return home to pick up her phone battery charger, which she had forgotten.
Nevertheless, the household became anxious when she failed to return home and might no longer be reached the following day.
Abigail said the family later on heard locals talking about the discovery of a female’s body inside a canal, and the description of the hairstyle matched that of her sibling.
“My mother began sobbing, and we likewise found out that cops from the Jikwoyi Police headquarters had actually evacuated the remains, which was found half-naked with only a top on, to a mortuary in Mararaba, Nasarawa State,” she stated.
Abigail included that she later went to the Jikwoyi Police Station, where officers revealed her photos that confirmed the deceased was undoubtedly her sister.
The representative for the Federal Capital Area (FCT) Police Command, SP Josephine Adeh, validated the event and specified that investigations into the case are ongoing.
