After graduation, he applied to study abroad, and in 2024, his devotion was rewarded with the Texas Instruments Structure Scholarship, totally moneying his Master’s degree at UTEP.
In 2025, Sunday graduated with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, attaining a best 4.00 GPA. He also got several awards, including the Arleigh B. and Maximina G. Templeton Scholarship and the ECE Graduate Service Award, recognizing his mentorship and contributions to the community.During graduate school
, Sunday worked as a Mentor Assistant for 2 years, tutoring and mentoring over 200 students while carrying out research study in network fault management under the assistance of Dr. McGarry.This experience, he said honed his technical knowledge, research abilities, and enthusiasm for advancing the field. Reflecting on his journey, Sunday recalled the difficulties he faced adjusting to a new country.” Getting used to a brand-new country and browsing the rigor of graduate school was challenging, but every difficulty became an opportunity for development.
