Federal Polytechnic Oko has opened applications for the post of Director, Medical Providers. The effective prospect will take charge of the Medical Centre, report to the Rector, and coordinate secondary personnel; the
advert likewise says the Rector may appoint other Duties. Tabulation Main duties The Director, Medical Solutions will:
- take total charge of the Medical Centre
- report to the Rector for the smooth running of the Medical Centre
- collaborate the work and activities of secondary staff at the Medical Centre
- carry out other responsibilities designated by the Rector
Qualifications and experience
The Polytechnic specifies that each applicant needs to hold an MBBS from an identified medical school and needs to be signed up with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
The advert accepts either of these routes:
- 15 years of post-qualification cognate experience
- a postgraduate medical credentials in medication with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification cognate experience
The applicant needs to also:
- present a present practising licence
- be ICT certified
- have the ability to work under pressure and meet brief deadlines
- disappear than 55 years old at the time of presuming responsibility
Tenure, wage and conditions of service
The appointment runs for a single period of five years. The Conditions of Service are the very same as those in other Federal Polytechnics; the wage grade is CONMESS 7.
